These terms are a launch-readiness placeholder for Video Media Factory and must be finalized before full commercial rollout.

Users are responsible for the rights, permissions, and accuracy of media, scripts, products, claims, and campaign materials they upload or generate.

Publishing through connected tools must remain approval-gated. The system should not mass publish, email, or charge customers without explicit owner approval and verified configuration.

Final pricing, refund, delivery, support, and acceptable-use rules must be approved before paid marketing begins.
